Asking Price: 8kI've done one test drive on the car. I felt I did not check enough of the car and did not drive it long enough. I am going to do another test drive, any suggestion as to what things I should check in the car, and what I should do during the test drive. I have checked the carfax report on the car and have found these problems: - between a period of 2 months mileage went back by 208 miles (could this be b/c of an innacurate reading? it is only 208 miles between a 1 month period) - 6 titles have been issued for this car ( 4 of these in a three month period in 1996) - Other problem: nose panel has a nissan emblem although its only a '90. If this is b/c of a wreck, how could I verify it? The current owner has had the car for about 2 years.
I told him that I want to have the car inspected by a mechanic and he agreed to it. Questions:
Is this car worth it for the money? What do you think about the odometer reading? Test Drive suggestions? Nose Panel? What should the mechanic do? I.E what should the mechanic look for in this type of car. ( a list would be helpful) I know its alot of questions any input will be greatly appreciated. Thankyou
